Mango and banana are lovely, sweet, tropical fruits that babies love. Adding avocado reduces the overall sweetness, and adds those amazing good fats that are so important at this stage. They also slow sugar absorption and keep bubs fuller for longer.
½ mango (fresh or frozen will do)
Add to a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth (adding some water to loosen if needed). Alternatively just mash well with a fork. Also delicious frozen as an icey pop!
