Who doesn’t love baked beans on toast And once you’ve tasted homemade, you will never go back to the processed, sugary canned version that many of us grew up on. And homemade is so easy, so fresh, so nutritions; a great option for breakfast, lunch or dinner; and you can make big batches to freeze for later. #winning!
1 can of organic, cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup of awesome sauce (see recipe here)
1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce (optional)
wholegrain toast and real butter, to serve
Place the beans and sauce(s) into a small saucepan and bring to a gentle boil, and cook until heated through. DONE! Can be mashed or blended if you baby is younger and needs a smoother consistency.
